Technical Help Wanted

I'm currently trying to help in the caretaking of the website and many other technical tasks previously cared by ICT. However it is really impossible for me to give enough time to both these tasks: I'm currently overwhelmed by a lot of work to be done with the site handling.
The www.servas.org, forum and siexco need people helping in:

Content Management
- Web Coherence (check that information is clear and not contradictory)
- Publishing (publishing new materials coming from users)
- What's going on (neutral approach to inform people in an unbiased way)
- Forum and other page stimulation (get it working and useful for everybody)

Technical Assistance
- PHP/MySql programmers for everyday maintenance and enhancing quality and friendliness of the site(s).
- A bit of Java skills may be welcomed.

Helpdesk and Member assistance
Just helping servas members or ordinary people in
- reaching our structures, (Interviewer, Local Branches etc)
- accessing the site
- using properly information on the site
- just help in keepint touch with various branches
