When is the Vote and Who is Voting?
- The First Distant Vote will be held from 1st February, 2008 to 1st May, 2008. The national secretary of each member group is required to nominate an Authorised Voter who will vote on behalf of that group. The authorised voters will be able to cast their vote on any day convenient to then between 1st February, 2008 and 1st May, 2008.

What is the Voting about?
- Two motions are to be decided:
Motion One: Moved that the External Auditor's Report on Servas International Accounts for the year 2004 be received.
Motion 2: Moved that the interim budget for the year 2008 prepared by EXCO be approved to facilitate the working of Servas International till such time as the final budget for the year 2008 is approved.
