Welcome to the extraordinary General Assembly of Servas International

• All attendees should plan to arrive at Latina, Italy on Saturday 1st April 2006, in good time, before the meeting starts, first thing on Sunday morning, 2nd April 2006.

• Check the Agenda for the meeting, and the one-page Programme on this page. Discuss with your Board or local group. Some materials have been translated. Please come prepared to work, to strengthen Servas. Even if you cannot attend, your advice and input are very welcome. How to join the Conference from home

What can you do to help?

• 1) Join a Subject Working Group! If you are not sure which one to join, please contact peacesecretary@servas.org If you already know what subjects most interest you, please write to awg@servas.org Suggestion: do not try to attend all the Subject Working Groups. Leave a place for the work of others. This way, you will get to know your preferred subject in depth. You will learn the views of others and get to know these others very well, too!
• 2) Help is welcome with translations, or with oral interpretation at the meeting.
• 3) Join a Home Group at the Conference. Everyone will be given an equal opportunity to meet with strangers and old friends, so as to experience your Conference while making new friendships or renewing old ones.
