Easy Excel file for collecting Host members

Countries that need to have their hostlists printed starting from an excel file can make use of the gentle offer from India and Pramod Kumar (Hostlist coordinator in India).

As I mentioned earlier, I can help any country in producing properly formatted host lists in pdf format from data compiled by them as MS Excel file, MS Word table, CSV file etc. provided the data compiled by them is available in separate fields as in the attached Excel file.

If they have additional fields or if the names are split up as 'First Name' & 'Last Name' then it would make things difficult for me.

Even if the data available is not sorted based on state or city, my software will do the sorting.

The format of the host list produced by me will be the same as of the Servas India Host List 2005-2006.

My format does not have a field for names of children.

If required this can be put under the field named 'Note'.

The field named 'Column 1' should contain information about the number of persons/males/females who can be hosted and for how many days, how many days' notice required etc.
