Dear National Secretary

PARTICIPANTS REQUIRING A VISA FOR TRAVEL TO ITALY

Servas Italy has advised Exco that the processing of Italian Visa applications takes some considerable time.

In view of this, I would suggest that if you intend to be part of eGA2006 and you require a Visa for travel to Italy, then you should submit your Registration Application form NOW. There is a section on the Registration Application form that asks if you require assistance in obtaining a Visa. Servas Italy can send you the appropriate paperwork but the Visa application MUST be processed through the Italian Consulate in your home country.

Please note that there is a deadline of 30 November 2005 for receipt of Registration Application forms from those participants requiring a Visa. Cnference registrations fees are payable once the Visa has been issued.
