Instructions on how create a new page

Naming each page

Each page MUST have a unique name. The name is automatically set when you set up a new link to it in a previously present page. So you have to choose the parent page and put the new link somewhere in it.

Setting a new link

Edit the parent page, and add somewhere

Name of the new page

If you want to display something different from the name of the page OR if you later decided to change the name of the page the best is adding a PIPE (|) character and use an alias.

showed name

Setting external links

If you want to refer to external pages you may do as follow:

http://www.servas.org

Will produce

http://www.servas.org

Will produce

[1]

If you want to link a previously existent page in this wiki you just put

optional name

Will produce

optional name

Colour of links

Links in red are NOT YET created pages. In Blue: they exist.

Real creation of the new page

Just click on the newborn red link on the parent page and you are in edit mode with the new page.

Help! Where is that document?

If you get lost, you can find your documents in the following ways:

Look for recent changes

Just click on the link on your left. You will see all documents modified recently and so you may see the exact name of your page and you can go on it. If you changed the name of the link, you should use the PIPE notation,

Search documents

You may write something on the sarch box on your left bar and just click on the button search
